Can I have a lifetime coupon please?

I have been trying your service for the last week and so far so good. I wish it was slighly simpler to use, and presented data more like serpbook witch allows me to get to the nitty gritty in a fast and simple manner. However you might have valid and useful features for setting things up differently and maybe i'll use those at some point. Not saying its hard to use at all, its just that serpbook has one of the simplest interfaces I have come across. However I think im cancelling that service this week and moving to yours for the following reasons.

1. You allow me to 1 click and get latest rankings for a domain. (or it auto checks every 24 hours). I think this is probably the best way to set things up instead of me having no control and rankings update hourly.

2. Recently i have had problems with the other service showing my rankings accurately or matching my own manual rank checking results. Overall inconsistency's such as several of my primary keywords showing NOT RANKED for days and giving me a heart attack only to find they are doing just fine when i do a manual search. This is obviously the more important aspect of your business, whatever features dont work, the rank tracking itself has to be accurate and so far yours is much more accurate for me and matches my own manual inspection perfectly....

Hopefully your service works and doesn't give me any shit and does its job because im not interested in submitting bug tracking or figuring out why something isn't working, if the rank tracking works like it does now into the future i'll probably never leave.

I have one suggestion though that would make it even better, if you guys could implement the competitor stats into the report.
And if you could make it possible to edit the report, before its created. I am from a non-english speaking country, and it would make more sense to the clients if its in their language.
