This is my review of capture sniper I haven't had this for a very long time,but and that's a big but I can tell you guys this I recently switched to a VPS and could not get it to work properly and was getting very frustrated. Let's talk a bit about CS customer service. Customer service is very Big when it comes to products like this because most of us are not coders and get lost on a pretty easy set up, there could be one easy little misstep that screws up the whole thing and I can tell you this as far as customer service for this product it's a perfect 10 Mikey goes out of his way to help me figure out the problem and get it fixed.. That goes a long way with products like these so if you guys are in the market for something like this let me tell you you can rely on this product and especially when it comes to the customer service. All I can tell you is that this guy is Top-Notch.
 
Yea, support already helped me setup twice by remote desktop. When i think bout other sellers CS support deserves to be on TOP.
 
Yeah, that's 100% correct. Customer support is unmatched. Mikey relentlessly offers his level best for his customers.
 
Will be trying to catch you up on Skype tomorrow, I've been having issues with CS lately.

Hi Mikey,

you sent me a lic file, but it doesn't work, I get active lock 3, so I uninstalled, reboot and reinstalled CS4.5
but still I'm getting the same effect.

This should work without any problems on vps?? is this tool still working?

Yes, works on all OS > XP. So yes, VPS is fine and is how the majority of my customers run CS. Still working?? lol ... nawwww it doesnt wotrk, this is all just a made up fairly tale :)
 
Looks fantastic, are any additional 3rd party subscriptions required; or is this a one time fee?

its a one time fee for a lifetime license with free updates. There are no 3rd party subscriptions required, but its recommended you use something CS has integrated (Eve, spamvilla, DBC) for recaptcha if you want to make sure that type gets solved :)
 
I'm using spamvilla with CS. Sometimes spamvilla takes like 4 seconds to solve the captcha. Could you please make it so CS continues running and solving captchas while it's waiting on spamvilla? Maybe have the Spamvilla/DBC requests on a different thread, IDK.
