I'm sorry that happened, it shouldn't have unless your video very long (~7 Min or more) or if it was restricted for mobile traffic. It may or may not affect your ranking - I have sent you a PM regarding this.

Yes, I know which service you used for that video. Our service doesn't have that issue. We go past 301+ with no problems.

Safer views (provided your video's content is OK with YT TOS) would be Normal Retention Views, which are high-quality non-mobile views.

Do as you like, but we don't recommend buying views for the same video from two different sellers at the same time: it's a bad idea.

I recommend you use our services on a different video, or after you cancel your order with the previous seller.
