Views have started to come in. Slight delay as YouTube keeps updating.

UPDATE:

There seems to have been another update guys. All the orders in the queue will be sorted out first and so I am just stopping new ones for about a day or 2.

Nothing serious, just need to make sure the old ones process correctly.

Will keep you posted.

I would like to order some High Retention Youtube views but last time I ordered High Retention Youtube views from another seller on BHW my video got removed and I lost all of my views even my Organic Views that took forever to get, so I was wondering if anyone had this problem with the OPs service at all? If not I would be more than happy to place an order...

hi Ruoal, my analytics for #CSA6129 looks like this: analytics1.jpg I'm a little bit worried that my link will be deleted. Please check if something wrong.
Thank you!

Hey Saschi,

Ruoall tends to have slow response times on weekends so I thought I'd respond to your query for him.
Your analytics show 0% retention from the views as the system has not fully updated. It may sometimes takes more than 72hours after the views have been delivered before YouTube's analytics give an accurate representation of the views received. So yeah, give it another day or two and it will show you the correct retention rate.

I got the 5K test views delivered and the views are not that good bro, the retention is very low about 5 seconds for a 12 minutes video which is really bad man. And a mentioned before the view are almost all from mobile devices around 90 % of the views.

The one positive thing is that the views were fast got the views within 2 days but like I said getting views with so low retention and all mobile is just useless and doesn't help your video in any way. And I think that the video will be deleted by YouTube because of the low retention and the high amount of mobile views.

So I will hold of buying any views from this guy till he can deliver views with normal retention and from computers instead of mobile.

Hey AndoG,
I was also able to test Ruoall's views, and one thing that I can tell you for sure is that his views are high retention. I am more than certain that your analytics show low retention as YouTube's system has not fully updated the statistics from the views. Please check your analytics again in 48hours (or maybe 72), and I can assure you that the retention will properly show.

Views are coming in,thanks for providing views :)

My views are of the highest quality. I can assure you this. This is also one of the reasons why I temporarily closed down is due to the fact that I do not believe in delivering sub-par views.

As iManage said mate, it takes time to fully update.

Thanks for the feedback mate, but there must have been a mistake as I do not sell Mobile views. Also, with regards to the retention, I clearly stated that they are random and that HR doesn't play a part in good rankings anymore.

Futher to that, a video with "natural" retention is far more likely to look legit in the eyes of YouTube than a video with 100% retention.

With that being said, please give it some time and go through the stats one more time to check.

If for any reason you are still not happy, send me a PM and I'll see what I can do for you.

UPDATE:

Hi Guys,

Ok, so I know this looks a bit shitty. You know, me opening up only to close again. I apologize for this, but you have to realize that unlike other suppliers, I do not stay open just for the sake of staying open.

I need to ensure everything is running well before I sell my services.

Also, finally my Panel should be ready either this week or next week. This is going to save you guys a lot of time when ordering and I will constantly keep updating it.

That's it for now and I am hoping to re-open again either today or tomorrow latest.

Best,

Ruoall

As iManage said mate, it takes time to fully update.

I see some updates and increased amount of views. Still, percentage is almost the same.

Also analytics for CSA6131 looks like that: analytics2.2.jpg
It shows 75% mobile views. Considering that before ordering I had 2,000 natural views, it means you delivered 95-100% mobile views. I'm not sure that's good or safe.
What do you think?

@Ruoall It's already 2 days bro and got a new update on analytics and the retention is horrible and the views are as mentioned before all from mobile sources (95% of the views).

So again having mobile views with 0% retention is just bad and doesn't do anything for the video. What bugs me the most is the fact that the views are all from mobile sources and that is not good.

UPDATE:

Guys, after some further investigation, I see what happened with the views.

When we were testing bots, the ones in queue got sent to various bots. We run all our bots on one server and we call them by name, but when we were testing we kept calling each bot, bot 1

So what ended up happening was that some of the incomplete orders in the sytem got called to our test bots. Not all of them but a few.

We are working on a mobile bot with watch time as many do not have this and it is cheaper as it does not require so many proxies.

So, with that being said, if there are any complaints please send me a PM and I will re-run those orders.

Also the views come in as though they are viewed on a computer.

In a nutshell, I shut down my services for us to work on the bots and to test new bots as well as further functions. Older orders in the queue were still running.

Now, we currently have 4 bots in the system and we were testing our bot 1, adding orders to the cp to track views and the only one set up to do this is bot 1, so we kept changing bot 1's code randomly to try new tests throughout the day not realizing that the ones in queue were being sent to our tests

We thought we disabled this, but apparently we did not.

I have to apologize for this, but as you know I try and keep you guys posted all of the time.

We are working on this non-stop and WILL get it back up sooner rather than later.

All the best,

Ruoall

You know what's funny thing? I managed to rank my vids even with that shitty retention. One starts to think whether the retention is really that important.

Exactly Mate.

If you read my previous posts, you will see that I specifically say that High Retention views are not the be all and end all anymore.

People started with normal views, then someone came up with HR views and everyone jumped on the bandwagon. YouTube have since caught up on this and this is why HR views arent what they used to be.

What's important nowadays is a bunch of other things (obviously I cannot say what they are), but suppliers are missing these small little things that can either make or break someone's video and all they do is focus on delivering a high retention rate.

Trust me when I tell you, this is the worst thing to do as things stand now. YouTube isn't stupid mate and so the days of just focusing on sending views with a High Retention are over. Why do you think that a high percentage (and yes, it is high no matter who tells you what) of views bought from other suppliers are getting videos banned?

To end off, this is the MAIN reason why I am not supplying right at this minute. I don't sell crap and yes, you will get people who think otherwise, but it's only because they themselves do not know the nature of how things are at this stage.

With that being said, we are making awesome progress. Everything is 100%, the only thing holding us back at this stage is proxies, which we are working on.

All the best,

Ruoall

@Ruoall Come on bro I can see that selling 100% retention views can be to much but selling 0% retention views as you did is also not the way to go.

On top of that selling 0% Mobile views is the baddest thing that you can do because mobile views are just garbage views that do nothing but harm your video unless there is a Balkans between mobile and PC views. But as I got for the test views 95% mobile views with just 0% retention is just bad.

My my advice would be sell PC views that are from the YouTube Watch Page which are the best and the safest views out there.

Hi Mate,

Ok, so we have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the hell is going on here and I am happy to report that we have found the issue.

You are not the first and only person that reported a 0% Retention and so this has forced us to delve in deeper.

The problem is that your stats as well as the other clients who reported 0% are disabled. When the stats are disabled, YouTube cannot read or report on this hence the 0% retention.

Do me a favour and post the screenshot of your stats here mate.

I have multiple screenshots taken to prove this if you don't believe this as well.

Furthermore, with regards to the mobile views, please read my long post 3 posts above as I have explained in depth why this happened. Only a handful of people had this issue and as I mentioned I will rectify this without a problem.

Hope this makes sense as to why the retention shows 0% mate and yes, mobile views are shite, I agree and so I admit my mistake 100% in that some videos got mixed up whilst we are working on the proxy issues.

I can assure you and everyone else that the mobile views will not slip in again as we now know where to look going forward.

Hope this post eases your mind a bit and helps you understand as to why the retention is showing as 0%.

UPDATE:

Guys, please make sure you read above.

If you disable your stats, you will see a 0% retention from our views so please be aware of this. This however does not mean that there is no retention. Just have a look at the TOTAL WATCH TIME to confirm that the video was in fact watched at length.

Any further questions and I am happy to help.

I just double checked and here is the screenshot showing 6K+ plus views but just 433 minutes watched which is bad. My video is 12 minutes long and having so many views with such little watch time is not the way. But if you say you are going to fix the issue than its okay.

Yes mate, the reason its 433 minutes as apposed to thousands is due to the fact that we made the mistake in sending from the mobile views system as apposed to the normal system (as mentioned above).

The fact still remains though that due to your stats being disabled, no matter the retention sent... it will always show 0%. Please change that as I am re-adding the URL to the correct system for you.

Thanks for the screenshot though.
UPDATE:

Anybody who received Mobile views in error, please let me know so that I can rectify it for you.

Glad you got it figured out, when will we be able to order? :)

Yeah I think you managed to answer some hard questions above while giving a straight forward answer....I think I will place an order when your opened back up, but another question is how old do you suggest the video to be...2 weeks 1 week ect per view package?
