need to host 5 domains,25 email account,10 ftp account is basic need for us.

Hi OP,

30$ per year is slightly demanding for a 5 domain hosting but the rest of criteria can be fitted easily.
I'll to recommend Small Orange for its basic hosting as it is really good for an initial start-out. Do check it out!

However, Hostgator should be the main consideration in the long run given its stability and reputation. Yes, there are negative reviews but as long as you contact their customer support and be patient, everything should be resolved swiftly.
