Blogposts from high authority sites with high PR can help increase rank and as you said "GOod ranking will lead into sales". As for the number of posts you need, it depends on your competition. I would probably start with a package #1 and see where that gets you. It's hard to judge a keyword without knowing what it is as many people have different ideas of what is competitive.

Also, you can login to your seslingshot.com account with your username (the email address used in the system) and then click to the Projects tab and click the View icon to view your report.
