Just a few months ago I started a fan page on Facebook. It's not a unique page when it comes to the niche, but it's unique in the way that it actually delivers what the page promises. So the page took off really quick and the fans have been posting all over the page and on YouTube about it. Now once the page passed the first few thousands of fans, I started looking for Admins but was having a hard time finding good admins that are active and make good posts. It's rather easy to find admins, at first they are active but then they pretty much forget about the page or just post rarely. At least that was my experience.
So I started thinking of ways to make my fan page even more unique than what it already is and I came up with the idea of paying the admins to keep the page clean, updated with posts, etc. Now before you start thinking that this will be too expensive, it's actually surprisingly cheap. These people normally do this for free. So I went and got 4 good looking female admins, I pay them each $20 per month. $80 total, to have 4 very active admins updating and posting on my fan page on a daily basis.
The outcome of this has been epic so far. I could have spent $80 per month buying "REAL" fans that never interact with your page, instead I got 4 admins to pretty much make my page go viral for a mere $80 per month. That may be a lot for some folks on here, but trust me you can pay them less than that. Like I said they do it for free. Just make sure you get people that are interest in what your page is about. Look at other pages in your niche and find people there.

Post every day.
Keep page clean of spam posts from fans.
Page must get at least X amount of Likes for the month. <-- Key point depending on how much you are paying them.
If you have a fan page and you are trying to get it viral, I suggest you try this out at least for one month. You won't regret it.
