While the views have been delivered, and over-delivered very fast, my likes are all still at 0, which is kinda disappointing and really don't look real.

That distroyed my video, i have no chance to make it appear better now. From 1000 views that i had, only 80 minutes was my video watched. That's not good . You ensured on the website that the videos will have more than 50% retention rate. What happened ?????????

It is impossible the 0,1% retention is coming from us - please check the analytics correct - I guarantee 100% at least 80% of the videos are watched - please send me a screen of your analytics - first of we send always an over-delivery of 20-50% to make sure you get the views you asked for. Looks like you went viral and that's the reason for the different retention, but there is no way our views have lower of 80% retention please check your analytics stats again.
