it was refunded and order 12375 was refunded also if you need to reorder just put the order in the panel

My PM was answered fast but problem not resolved. order 12307 was refunded for some reason? and 12309 says completed but still hasn't started. ordered about 18 hours ago now. If services are not working and has to be refunded maybe there should be a note in the members area?
