Looking for more traffic on SoundCloud... help!

Hey I've been researching online for strategies to get traffic on my SoundCloud. I have yet to find a simple yet effective way, maybe there is none I don't know but if you know of something please let me know. What would be the best way? Bots, different methods of posting, SEO, buy followers???

Facebook Ads, Adwords, Organic SEO. You should be doing Offline posters/banners/flyers too.

But the real power comes from the automating of tasks you would do manually. Sharing tracks to highly targeted users. Finding users who might be interested in your tracks and are active on soundcloud in the last few days etc etc

That was my point. The automation of tasks, most certainly useful.
But I myself have been there - done that in music marketing, and fake views are just not valuable, when I would rather invest in REAL humans hearing it.
Now an exception would be; creating a false popularity so real people think you're a big deal, but still, not as good ROI. Being big in music takes time and strategy, all these overnight rockstars are NOT the rule.
