Uploading Fake Torrent with a Real Name Illegal?

Hey Guys!
I made a .rar file with a readme .txt file with a survey in it. Then i took a big random file and renamed it to *movie-name*dvdrip.mp4
und put it password protected in a rar file. Is it possible that i get any trouble for hosting this file with the original movie name?
There is no real Movie inside so is it legal? I want to uplod it to thepiratebay and seed it on my own computer with my ip.
