They can be monetized mate, but as a rule I do not recommend it as you never know.

There should not be any issues mate. There is no specific package I'd say that works better for monetized videos. These views do not generate clicks.

UPDATE:

As mentioned, the views are slowly starting to come back to normal again guys.

I am in the process of adding a fully automated Dripping function whereby you can drip from 1k up to 100k per day. This will be a little more expensive, but won't break the bank.
