I just wanted to know that the backlink i making for t1,t2,t3 i need to index that the link ??
and how often i need to to repeat this posses.
and this service i will used for it ??

Indexkings.com usually gets things moving. IMSlave Link Blaster is also quite good. Just run your t2/3 links through it once, your T1 links will be boosted by T2 and 3 so no need really. I won't hurt though to run them all through. I wouldn't repeat the process, just do it once and backlink your backlinks to keep everything 'fresh'.

Yes, you need to try to index your tiered links, so they actually be discovered by G and start contributing to your ranks

You need to repeat the process for all new backlinks you build, no need to do it mutliple times over same backlinks
