I have been an EPN affiliate for a long time. Ebay switched their program some years ago from commission on sales to PPC and I haven't promoted it much since. Here is the exact verbiage from the EbayUS program:

Quality Click Pricing:

eBay Partner Network will pay for each qualifying click sent to this program. The price paid will depend on the traffic's quality - the more incremental revenue the traffic generates for eBay, the higher the amount paid per click. The quality of the traffic will be assessed using a number of different factors, including revenue from sales and the long term value of new users, as today, but also eBay advertising and PayPal revenue, and user engagement. Essentially, the more incremental revenue your traffic generates for eBay, the more you'll be paid per click.

Just as in the prior CPA system, there is no limit to the total amount you can earn under Quality Click Pricing. On average across eBay Partner Network, publishers make between $0.06 and $0.21 per click sent to eBay. Note that this varies among programs based on the economics of each program. Publishers sending high quality, targeted traffic can make much more. We have hundreds of publishers earning more than $0.40 per click. However, results will vary by business model as well as how targeted you are in driving traffic to your own site and then sending that traffic to eBay.

I'm not sure how Craigslist would be considered high quality traffic but it's a start. There might be a way you can automate this using Scrapebox or something and automate the link postings on relevant blogs, etc. Good luck!

I don't know of many people who bought their last car on eBay... So pick a product that is regularly in classifieds and regularly bought/sold on eBay.

Trust me don't leave the bigger items like cars and vehicles out if you like the big commissions.

Just pick a business name that you would like to use. You can also set one up if you want to.

Nothing new for those of us who have been around a while and it can be a bit more tricky than you would think. But I tell you what I know alot of the people who dont have the start up cash to start an seo project or something similar so for them this would be the way I would go. Nice Share never the less.

I don't think this method is tricky at all and is pretty straight forward and if its done right can bring in a huge income.

Sure that you can use amazon, you can use whatever you like, just use it

I don't think they have ever expressed a problem with it but I also wouldn't tell them that's how I plan to send them traffic.

Great way for people with little to no start up cash to get started generating some profits online. Soon enough they can have some
investment cash from what they are making with a EPN account. Great share!

I like the idea - seems relatively simple to execute, adding some twists here and there.
I guess the most difficult part really is getting accepted by the EPN, but for someone with relatively little money to invest in other projects, I guess it's worth the hassle.
