Yes, most things will work with any kind of traffic its all about how you set it up.

I tested it 1 week ago and just 0.01c per click...

The ppc is dependent on the quality of the traffic. I was more interested in the commissions per sale.

Can someone explain this to me?
When you re-direct them to the real ebay item.. You actually have to have this item to sell to them dont you????

No. You are pointing them to other ebay sellers. Of course you'll make even more money if your also selling the item yourself which would be the absolute best way to do it.
