It shouldn't be too hard. If you need a website it would be well worth it to set one up just for this method.

Watch their Video on the ebaypartnernetwork page which says they pay a commission on every sale. You can get a good amount of very targeted "BUYER" traffic by picking the right products.

Mailing a person with your ebay affiliate link isn't allowed and will cause your EPN banned right? So how can this method work?
 
Forget Craigslist. I believe YouTube would be great for promoting eBay. Choose something generic that is always available on eBay and make YouTube videos about that product. Use a redirect to send your traffic to an eBay search results page for your chosen product line.
 
Youtube is a really great way to advertise if you know how to rank and get views. The only difference is I always like to link to specific auction pages first.

Is this against Ebay terms of service? Any risk in getting banned?
 
So I heard eBay starts its bullshitting by scamming its affiliates tomorrow on 1st oct? :)
If you want to continue with this you better got some good timing and pay attention to that.

Sure, this would work anywhere. I gave a free example but anyone that is really serious about it would also advertise on FB, PPC, and other creative ways you can come up with.

You could do it by linking a picture but I usually did it by sending it to whomever contacted me by email.

Yes youtube works great but its best if you actually do something that looks like a real review.

That's only gonna work if you know how to rank YT vids. Food for thought though.
