Hi, I just wanted to address a few things before answering each post individually.

Yes, we did have some downtime this month with our report team due to an outage. However, I prefer not to make excuses for any delays, so I do apologize to the handful of clients who were affected by the report delay. I want to stress that delayed reports have NO IMPACT on the quality of our service. All link building was performed according to schedule and dripped throughout the month.

Again, only the reports were delayed, however, many clients who posted negatively on this thread will see that their rankings improved drastically. Albeit the reports should have been received in a more timely manner, we've worked arduously to release all outstanding reports.

Here are some recent rank changes from our clients (these are 100% real SERP changes within the last few days)

Google Search Ranking Increased From 67 to 35

My question is. Let's say the report is indeed delivered by tomorrow morning. Does that mean I am going to be rebilled in 12 days even though I paid for 30 days and I am JUST receiving my order? (and that's just assuming the report does come very soon).

It would be truly appreciated and go a long way for your reputation if you can make this up to us by granting a couple weeks extra before re-bill for the inconveniences?
