Have you made a ticket in the system? The "Request Help" tab -> Ticket.
The staff there should be able to give you a response and will not close the issue until you marked it as resolved.
You'll want to push for an update and you can reference your post on here as well.
We're actively working to resolve problems especially with the GEO campaigns.

i have spend a lot of money on this site, it always work ok for me, the last 3 week the GEO campaings stop working at all, i have try to talk to your staff, open several tickets but no one seems to be able to fix it
Im on test with this inno and some traffic sources.Doing it with chitika.Hope OP can give me some advice or tip for my above post
This is something I could use but wait for people to come back and say that stuff work

3 accounts closed now after using these guys (adsense, trafficz and Media) and every couple of weeks traffic just stops dead. They blame technical problems then a week later start providing traffic again. Unreliable and incredibly dodgy traffic. They have a sister company that pays people to click on ads. No co-incidence there.
