Hey executed. Quick question. I placed an order last week and noticed on your website it can take up to 12 days for delivery.
That is understandable, however, my question is when does your "month" begin? Is it from the date I paid? Or from the date you deliver?
Just want to verify that it starts when the work is delivered because if it was the other way around, the first month would be short.

Hi,
It begins the date the billing begins. Although the first month would be a shorter span of time, the link building is the same. You still receive 100% of the links listed in the packages, and they're still drip fed over the same amount of time. Oftentimes, links from one billing period will continue to be dripped into the next. This creates a more natural link building campaign in the eyes of Search engines.

Still no communication received on my order and no new backlinks are showing on any backlink tools I have tried. I have received no conformation email or communication of any kind that my order has been received and started. I even checked the spam folder to make sure. Tomorrow the 03Sep2013 will be 12 days since my account was billed and I was really hoping for the "usually much earlier!" part of the TAT stated in your offer. I will be requesting a refund through Paypal if I don't hear back from you on this by tomorrow and take my business elsewhere. Please respond as soon as possible.
