Was this just a special for a few days?

I just placed an order for normal views. Very cheap prices and nice interface for ordering. You will have another long term customer if all goes well.

I have ordered from Ruoall many times now. When I order 5,000 views, I get 20,000 views instead but it didn't happen only once - but every time.

I bought a 100,000 views package from Ruoall days back and he was not able to give me the views because he could not find an access to his internet. Today, he came back and I asked him about it, he refunded me and gave me 20,000 high retention views and 100 likes for free to compensate that.

Ruoall is a pro - he has both spirit and a great customer service.

I rate him 10/10.

No, these are not Mobile Views and the minimum split is 1000 per video.

Ok, so I came across a thread where a member was asking about some ranking questions and although I replied to his thread, I would like to post it here too for those who may find it helpful.

How many links can safely be built to a brand new video on a brand new channel?

The amount of links doesnt really matter to be honest as they don't all get indexed at once. It does take time. For instance, I have ranked highly competitive videos with just a few views, comments, favourites, likes and social bookmarks.

Social indicators vs. high pr backlinks, what is more important?

Both are important, but since YouTube is owned by Google, they are putting more and more emphasis on Social Signals. I'd say mix em up!

Should I build tiered links to a youtube video or just tier 1 links?

Again, since YouTube is already an Authority and its not like its going to penalize itself, doesnt matter here. What I would suggest you do however is make use of URL shortening services. By that I mean, when you do backlinking, you need to use all these different "short versions" of your YouTube URL so that it looks more natural instead of just linking all the links to your normal video URL.

Are views and/or subscribers important when ranking a youtube video in google?

Retention views are important, but I always suggest to sprinkle regular non retention views in there as well because, lets be honest, not every single user ALWAYS watches the entire video. Subs does help to a certain extent with regards to Authority, but I would suggest sending some links to your Channel as well as your Vids.
