I've had an issue with CS freezing for weeks now...

Reinstalled it a while back and it seemed to fix it but no.

Basically at random times, when it's minimized it appears to stop working. When I want to open it up from the taskbar it won't do anything and if I hover over the icon for a few seconds it will say not responding. No errors or anything and if I press "test" on a tool like UD or GSA, it says it's not working as well..

The basic criteria for an app to work with Captcha Sniper is:

The app must interface with either decaptcha, Death By Captcha, Antigate(anticaptcha) or Bypass Captcha.
The app must consume some of the captchas which can be solved by Captcha Sniper... either the built in captchas or ones the user can teach Captcha Sniper to solve with its Captcha Destruction Kit feature.

Mike how to use captcha sniper together with megaocr, i see i get a problem when use it with gsa ser, its didn't recognize captcha sniper and go to megaocer tunnel, i think its conflict on 80 port

please check the setting dialog. If you port is not on 80, then unfortunately, youll need to reinstall into a new folder then copy your .lic file to the new folder .. that will probably help in most cases

Mike can you add megaocr setting beside spamvilla option on netx update ?, i find megaocr is more stable than spamvilla, and i get 50% recaptcha solved with megaocr

Waiting for the update as well -using cs x4 is lately a big pain as I have to restart it few times a day.

Do You have any intention to simplify the process of CS license moving? I`m using tons of SEO soft and noone has these problems (excluding some ubots). I`m moving on new VPS and I`m tring to contact your staff (if any) via email (license@.. ) and You via skype from yesterday. Now I have to pause my projects just becouse of that terrible inconvenience. Hope to resolve that very soon; You may find out many alternatives - GSA softs are just perfect in that, AK has simple on-line solution and so on.. The main part of CS users use external servers and pretty frequently have to change their machines, let that is`n a nighmare becouse of CS license.

I`m moving on new VPS

Just be careful as there is e limit on how many times you can move/request a new license.
I found that out when I was testing some VPS's so was forced to "be stuck" on a vps as I couldn't request anymore.

The only limit is ONCE MONTHLY (I don`t know why it exict - probably in order to not disturbe the CS staff too frequently, as it`s some kind of manual job -- and it`s the main prob here --- just make some automation or online solution TH!). I`ve NOT moved that license form 4-5 momths, so it`s not a prob.

No problem, simply delete the .lic file, rerun cs and resend the license request code.

hmm .. actually there are quite a few apps which have similiar hardware locking systems with manual license admin. At any rate, its typically not been a huge issue. In roughly 2 years, the last 48 hours Ive been limited with service (which is back fully now) and Ive got few if any problems/complaints. Id always rather foucs on improving solving rates But is on the to do list ... somewhere

Theres an official limit, but exceptions are often made.

One time/month and about 8/year don't remember exactly - so it's not "unlimited" license transfer

No, but I also got your email regarding Norton deleting the file. Yes, some AV you must add an aexception for CS

Hi guys
Thanks for the input so far. I have a small port conflict in port 80.
I have followed the instructions here and stopped Skype from using Port 80.
However I still get a message that port 80 is still being listened to.
After some investigation I found process NT Kernel & System (with PID of 4) listening on port 80n is creating the conflict.
From Administrative Tools and Services, I thought to locate "Web Deployment Agent Service" and stop the service from there and set it's startup type to "Manual" however using Windows 7 32bit I don't have a Web Deployment Agent Service to click on. What should I do?
