I don't think that will be a problem.

What I care about is IP blocking so as long as we are proactive in managing that you should be ok.

I want it to be the same ip every time I log in, and show the same location for example I want to have 5 different ips in Canada. But how can I make sure i get the same ip everytime? and I saw some websites that offer VPS but you have to pay for each ip. is there a way I could have one ip only but change it each time i log in not to show the original ip? or I have to order 5 different ips? and what is hosting? I understand from what I read that is like having a virtual pc in offshore. but if I had a virtual pc offshore could I create several different ips?

What you need is HideMyAss.com (nota VPS).

I see download speeds on torrents around much faster than that. When downloading a 20 MB file, the total transfer took around 10 seconds.

Moving a file to FTP usually hits around 500kb.
