Well despite still no report i have seen my keywords dancing like crazy and one of my highly competitive keywords moving up from 78 to 11 on G so am renewing. This service is delivering and am impressed but reports needed Taylor are the cream on the cake.

Saw 2 keywords improve a lot, one up 8 pages on G and am pleased about that but service let down with poor communication, no reports (despite promises) poor customer service:

Customer Service: 2/10
Reports: 0/10
Keywords movement: 9/10

OP No more service required, you have lost me as a client, using another trader. Really a pity.I want my money back paid to you on August 10th, my keywords are no slipping but got a new BHW supplier working on it for me.
