Everything runs automated through the shopping cart of WHMCS and coinbase.

So here is an autmatic trigger when the payment is verified in the block chain, your VPS is automatically created and details are sent.

You should be ok, but it will really depend on traffic.

This is a tier 1 network and we have plenty of bandwidth.
