cpa and facebook ads works?

hi,
i got approved by two cpa networks awm and adcendmedia, i want to know Facebook ads does work for cpa offers like email submit? or please let me know other alternatives, currently im working pinterest and getting some traffic my blog is recipe site for this kind of traffic which cpa offer would be great?

1.sort offers by incentive.
2.chose an email submit offer that pays good and hasn't been done before (that's tough)
3.create an event on facebook 'iphone 5 giveaway blabla'
4.create a facebook add for the event using geo-targeting so that only people from that specific country can see it
5.use 'people join my event' as a CPC option
6.after it gets approved got to the ads section and get the CPC as low as possible (for me it worked with 0.02)

tip: buy a facebook ad coupon (15-20$ on this forum) for 100$ and leave it... for the 20$ spent on the coupon you might make some money and yet... you might not

tip2: try to use this method for the offers with the highst CR and EPC ... also study the offers a bit because one offer might have a CR of 25% out of 4 clicks ... that is 1 conversion

You don't add the CPA offer link right away... instead use the FB ads initially to drive some members to your group. Then, I would post pictures and videos to hype up the "iPhone giveaway". Once you have a good amount of people in the group... post a 3 step process to get the iPhone.

3. Fill out information (THIS IS THE CPA OFFER LINK)
