1)After the Facebook refer HR views method that got patched by Youtube , are you still able to provide HR views ?

2)Due to the latest YouTube algorithm changes , are HR views (along with HQ description/comments/likes) still ranking or not ? I mean does HR views has the same effect it used to have before the latest algorithm changes ?

3)My video's length will be 30 seconds or less. If i bought regular views will they be HR views since video is 30 seconds or less?

2. Yes they still have the same effect. In a nutshell, the longer a video is watched, the more popular its deemed to be and so will be pushed up the rankings.
