YouTube stop updating views after 301 mark to verify the authenticity of those clicks and future clicks. They verify all your clicks are from real user. Once they found views you got is legit they unlift this and your views get increased. If they found it is not legit they may ban your account or suspend your video.
you cant fix it. just sit down and wait.

Don't worry about the banning. i don't hear any user banned while on 301+ stage. even if it's not legit.
So viewer my video can still grow?

Mine was on the 301+ stage last night, when I woke up it was at 63k. Just be patient.

This is because YouTube has decided the extra views aren't real. If you sit refreshing your video 500 times, you will only get 301 views in the end because YouTube verifies the extra views after 301 as not legit. I had 301 views a week but then they started to grow.
