It's been explained here about 4 times already people! YT sticks at the magic "301+" views until it verifies them. There is no set time that it takes but normally it's fairly quick (as in about a day). After that all your views get counted. Do not worry - they will get counted at some point and then there is no restriction. There were a few of you guys sent me videos for views that were on 301+ this applies to them too.
