Well I sent a PM to Jokernikx with my transaction details, he was more then helpful about this matter. I didn't even ask or wan't a refund, and it was back in my Paypal before I knew it. I think people should maybe wait it out. They are obviously working hard on getting things done for us. Sh*t happens some times, I understand that some people are frustrated, but after all it is only $50 and I am sure he is not intentionally trying to keep peoples money openly on this form. I hope all the issues get sorted out for everybody that is waiting on refund.

This guys are just too good... Firstly i thought they are not doing anything to start the service again when it went down....So i asked for refund but he said just for a week and everything will be resolved.... So have thought just to wait a bit more.... As they seems to be legit people i just hope to rock the market with their services... You rocks joker.... Thumbs Up...

Now i think we've undoubtedly reached the summum
of incompetence and untruthfulness on that BST.

Anyone knows that this services has always failed to deliver what it promised more then two consecutive days.
ALL customers who paid for it have all been so much patient and understandful to give so much time despite all the unfulfilled promise.

WE'VE ALL PAID FOR A PANEL WHICH ALLOW TO DELIVER LIKES AND FOLLOWERS.

So far we haven't been able to deliver likes and followers...

To illustrate, here is a snapshot where you can see that one order placed 15th June 2013 on their system has delivered only 2 (two) likes on 24th June 2013.

Jok3r promised on that same thread that anyone who needed to fulfill an order in emergency could just send them a link - then they will deliver it, meanwhile we wait the system to be fixed and delivered

So i just took it on word and asked his partner (Kappoli - alias Arun) - which Jok3r told me to ask the likes assistance - to deliver for me 5k likes for a very urgent order.

So i contacted Kappoli (alias Arun) and here is the extraordinary reply he gave me:

Me: I need likes in emergency, Can you deliver please ?
Arun: No - Panel Only
Me: ? What Panel ? Your panel doesn't work - and Jok3r said that you will deliver the urgent order.
Arun: Like panel !
Arun: No ! I'm selling only likes panel - not selling likes
Me: MAN I BOUGHT YOUR PANEL ALREADY - IT DOESN'T WORK - I PAID 50 DOLLARS AND IT DOESN'T WORK.
Arun: Not my Panel !
Me: Not your Panel ?? Are you joking with me ?
Arun: My panel is unlimited, you bought my partner's panel.
Arun: Me i'm starting one panel for likes. It's working !!

(nb: i keep all record and snapshot of that discussion if anyone needs)

CONCLUSION: Kapolli (Arun) is trying to sell us something that we already bought from him and his partner. Arun is making all of us wait for weeks when the service we expect and we paid for is already active and working (as he tried to resell us the exact same thing for 500$)

Some mods and admins should really put a serious eyes on that !

Do i need to precise that i want an immediate and entire refund ? :liar:

Ive been trying to seek a refund for the past day or two and have failed to receive it.

Should i remember you again that your system that we paid for is not usable ? Then why did you refused two days ago to deliver likes as you just proved us that you and your partner was agree to do for the customer who are waiting ?

I understand your query but they are not liars.... I have seen and used their services... And to be precise they are one of the best sellers here.. If you buy something in order to earn lots and lots of money then you also have to accept that there are many changing environment prevail in the market. Many buyers have felt that they are cheated but its not fault of these providers... And after so many changes in instagram policies also they are not running away. They are working hard to start the panel again... That is what all i know... For me they are the best....
 
i didnt order from them, but i know there is new changes in instagram that makes seller stuck so if thats the problem try to understand guys and give some time for them to fix this
