You said you would do them as they are not indexed.

Through FormStack it is a ONE-TIME Payment, but if you want to use 2CO (Which allows PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD), you can choose either Recurring or one-time, meaning you can still pay with recurring via paypal)
Give it a week or two more (it's been 3 weeks), it should stabilize and get better.
Actually just checked, it made a big jump to #70, your website is still dancing, requires sme time.
Yeah it is panda/penguin safe, and we have survived Penguin 2.0 which is proof

I am ALWAYS Available on skype throughout the day
You should get the results as every other client, just give it a bit time as SEO requires patience and time.
