No; you need a supplier, marketing, a merchant, and a lot of other things.

What you need is a RDSL service, not a windows server.

The problem you will face with all those is RAM, so I would go with at least 4 GB of Ram to run everything smooth. We do 4 GB for $82.95 and of course you get the 1st month at 50% discount.

The IP's are not white listed, but they are most likely not banned either.

So with care you can get a lot of use out of them.

We do not need your real name.

We can take western union or moneygram, however our supplier for this is traveling until Friday, so it would be next week before we can do this.

**However with Western Union, you will need to supply the name you sent. Hence we feel cash in the mail option is the best.

The most important Question we should be asking is: do you keep log's?

We do not keep logs.

WHMCS by default does track IP, however just fire up TOR and you have nothing to worry about.

We do not look in your VPS and we will never ask for your password (unless you fowl something up big time and ask our support guys to go in and look).
