My Second SEO Guide - SEO Tips, Tricks and Insights From Kimi

Anyone want to answer this question...

I thought you were not suppose to link to your money site in the <h1> tags or in the 1st paragraph of your article but kimi says that draws more power if you use contextual link in <h1> tags. Any insight on this?

Where is the diversity in anchor text? All I see is you do is exact anchor text. I think you should explain to people how you are avoiding penalties

My understanding from reading the guide is that you use web directories, social bookmarks and press releases to diversify. Kimi also tells you to use comments and profiles from high quality sites with branded anchors. I also use Q&A sites, image sharing sites and video sites as they gives you more naked urls and bring some traffic which is great for new sites.

The guide really tells you everything you need to know and is really helpful.

One thing I would like to know is there a list of quality web directories floating around that someone would like to share?

As always, great post!

How do you know it is a great post if you had not read it? Unless you are speedy gonzales to read 4000+ words within 2 minutes..... Don't worry mister gonzales...your secret is safe with me :)

Yes, great share kimi as always :)

Kimi, do you think it's OK that each 2.0s has only one article of around 500 words?

So many recommend making multiple posts for the sake of making a blog look legit. Sure is a fuckload of effort though. I wonder if google would really value the link more, now or in the future.

Thanks for the great share. Wonder with the above mentioned method, how much you spend on each campaign .

It takes some investment but it's all about the ROI.

Awesome post. One thing I can not seem to wrap my head around is how to build these links when I have a site with many pages that are sub niches of the main niche of the website. Should I build authority to the root domain or build the links to each page to rank those pages individually?

Yes, you should build authority to the root domain with brand and naked anchor and then go ahead with the other keyword anchors. Do the same for sub pages but keep your most of the backlinks (60%) pointed to the root domain.

I have a couple of questions. I read your post but I just want to clear things up or to make sure that I got the information right.

1. For tier 1 web 2.0 like wordpress sites. How many pages do you have?
2. For tier 2, I don't see any. Do you build tier 2? If yes, can I spam it with low quality backlinks or I should only use high quality backlinks?

Thank you for your response.

1. One article/one post still provides results.
2. I rather prefer to not create low quality or no value backlinks to any of the tiers. I either create a bunch of powerful backlinks or not all.

Very good article. BHW never gets your bored. always something will come ,something special.

Awesome guide, this is what I was looking for to help get going. Couple of quick questions (I think one was asked already)

1 - Bit confused by your 2nd tier in the diagram. What is meant by "with only 10-15 articles"? Does that mean you are using a combination of 10-15 Web 2.0 and Social links to the Tier 1's each time? i.e. 20 Web 2.0's pointed to the money site and then 200-300 Web 2.0's and Social bookmarks?

2 - You mentioned aged domains are best. What is you can't find a keyword rich one...do you just try and pick up any "brandable" one you can find?

Thanks!

Hi Adam,

1. No, that means I'm getting 10-15 articles and put them in spin {Article1|Article2|Article3} and with that articles I create web 2.0 blogs and social network blog posts pointing to the Tier 1 Web 2.0 blogs.

2. Yes, it's pretty hard to find a good keyword rich domain for your niche but the good thing is that is not a must. A brandable one would do great, you don't need a keyword rich domain.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for the reply Kimi! Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am still a bit confused about this part. Are you taking articles that you already had made for Tier 1, and then spinning those? Or are these 10-15 new articles altogether?

Secondly, when you mention you spin {Article1|Article2|Article3...}, do you mean {Article1Sentance1|Article2Sentance1|Article3Sentance1...}? If so, is there software that does this spinning already?

Thank you again.

Kimi

Thanks for the tut.

Regarding the social bookmarks etc.
You mention posting on only high PR sites like Reddit, stumbleupon, digg, delicious.com etc. But these sites don't provide backlinks!? Infact the link back from them are just an ugly looking url with no value (seems that way to me).

Am I missing something here?

Also just to confirm, with all forum posts and social bookmarks. Should it only be brand anchor linkbacks? NOT keyword rich anchors? For example, I have a cleaning company I am trying to boost. When posting on forums and social bookmarks, Should the anchors be "My cleaning company name" or "cleaning service in London" or "click here" ??

Sorry all noob questions I know but not done any SEO since 2010 - 2011. Things are a lot different now.

and again You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Kimi again.

Sorry if i missed it somewhere, but how long do you keep adding links? So you achieved rankings, do you continue with the same tempo, or maybe slow down? I guess you can't just stop once you get rankings?

May ask you say that web 2.0 work still pretty well with 1 article .

Should this article contain only one link to your webpage and one to other webpage? Or what is your suggestion?

I am still creating min 5 articles properties so i am really interested in this

Dude you are simply amazing , i remember reading one of your earlier posts which completely revolutionized the way I saw SEO , and this also fits that category
