Awesome post. One thing I can not seem to wrap my head around is how to build these links when I have a site with many pages that are sub niches of the main niche of the website. Should I build authority to the root domain or build the links to each page to rank those pages individually?

I have a couple of questions. I read your post but I just want to clear things up or to make sure that I got the information right.

1. For tier 1 web 2.0 like wordpress sites. How many pages do you have?
2. For tier 2, I don't see any. Do you build tier 2? If yes, can I spam it with low quality backlinks or I should only use high quality backlinks?

web2s, sharing sites, and bookmarks are good diversification...

but i havent used them for a while now...

i usually dont get links on sites that are heavily spam already like bookmarks and web2s..
it will cause bad neighborhood...

I can confirm 100% that this is completely useless for SEO
 
also good to keep in mind that just because the post is long and comes from an established member, that it is the end all be all of SEO ;)
 
Hi, i have some question :
1/ I have 2 keyword : main is : bestproduct.com and 2nd is : bestproduct/name-product-reviews.com, so can i add 2 link to my main and 2nd keyword on 1 article, will it hurt my site ? and google will rank both page or just main page ?

Finding guest posts may be really hard work but i believe it pays !

Also about social bookmarks i have to agree google hates all that pligg platforms so if you social bookmarking site is not popular do not use it for website.


Also i would like to ask what web directories do you guys recommend?
