My Second SEO Guide - SEO Tips, Tricks and Insights From Kimi

You mentioned doc sharing site but as i know it all of those links are nofollow. I didnt read anything about do follow or nofollow in your article when it comes to links. Does it matter?

Great guide as always, bookmarking this one.

wow just last week i was using your previous seo guide to help me out all week.

Thanks for this much appreciated for your contribution !

That was GOLD. Thanks and rep to kimi!

What kimi says about taking action is so important. I know, it's been said a thousand times here and elsewhere, but it really is true. I know from experience, and as you can see, I've been signed up for this forum for a while and I would read here pretty regularly. I never said much because I guess I'm just not that "social" but maybe that will change.

I've been involved with IM since around 2005 and I've made some half-decent money. Not a fortune by any stretch but there were times when it was enough to support myself and family. I've had a lot of ups and downs. Things would be going well for a while and then the bottom would fall out. I just wasn't smart about putting all my eggs in one basket and diversifying my income sources.

I was doing OK until last fall when the updates that accompanied the EMD update slaughtered me. I went from making a living to make $0 overnight. I had the wrong attitude and lousy work ethic for too many years and it took that incident to wake me up. I also had a lot of personal problem around that time, but that's all behind me now.

I'm starting to claw my way back into the game, but as many of you know, it ain't easy. I'm fully committed to making this work and doing it right this time. A lot of people here on BHW have been very inspirational and I've picked up a lot of good ideas. Right now I'm doing some writing to make ends meet while I work my way back into the IM game.

Anyway, I've already blathered on too long. Again, thanks to kimi for an awesome post. I intend to use a lot of that information to help me get back where I want to be. A defeatist attitude is the wrong one to have in this business no matter what hits you. Lesson learned and time to move on!

Thanks Kimi for taking the time to put together such a useful SEO Guide! :)
Surely it will be put to good use by newbies like me. Keep up the good work! :biggthump

I have webpage where is my homepage my blog , so i have always new content on my homepage (usually two articles are shown)

Is it better to use one "static" homepage with one 1000-2000 words article or have homepage updated with new articles?

Is better to have static strong content on the homepage with on-page optimization for the targeted keywords.

Outstanding post Kimi, helpful for many peeps @ bhw methinks :) + REP

Thats avery informative post, Thanks and +rep given. keep up the good work Kimi :)

Wow,

I truly respect the effort you put in this whole post and ur intention to help others. Packed with golden information its the best someone can do to help people make money online.

Yes there may be if's and but's in the process u follow but that is the trap many fall too. Moral of the story, take action and action is not reading!!

Wish u all success.

I have to admit when I finished reading your guide I was a little irritated at the fact you released to the public 90% of what I am doing 0.0

However! I also have to admit it was because of your guide a long time ago that also helped pulled me out of the slump I was in, However I learned you can't take 3 months from seo and expect spamming to be the exact same and rank and bank.

I have nothing but respect for you Kimi I know the effort/hard work/case studies/analysis/time necessary to discover what works and you reached the same conclusions as me in whats effective.

Might I also add The use of Sape back links as my contribution as right now I am being dominated for one keyword(potential 8,000 a month keyword) because of them and I plan to fight back with buying even more Sape backlinks. This is what I have found to be the current edge right now.

Another jewel found.

Thanks alot Kimi! :D definitely will give back to the community once I manage to make the current site i am working on rank top 3 in a medium competitive niche.

Where is the diversity in anchor text? All I see is you do is exact anchor text. I think you should explain to people how you are avoiding penalties

Awesome guide, this is what I was looking for to help get going. Couple of quick questions (I think one was asked already)

1 - Bit confused by your 2nd tier in the diagram. What is meant by "with only 10-15 articles"? Does that mean you are using a combination of 10-15 Web 2.0 and Social links to the Tier 1's each time? i.e. 20 Web 2.0's pointed to the money site and then 200-300 Web 2.0's and Social bookmarks?

2 - You mentioned aged domains are best. What is you can't find a keyword rich one...do you just try and pick up any "brandable" one you can find?

Thanks!
