Nope, it just does huge harm, basically you don't get power for any of the keywords. Just stick only with one.
Will make time to answer the other questions too.

Just finished reading it all. You could easily sell it as an ebook for 50$ but you shared it here free and i want to thank you for that.
I loved the that part "Taking action is not reading"
So i'm going to try it....
What i still having difficult to understand is when you say "Unique content", do you mean, content that google can't find anything about it? let's say i found an old kids book and my keyword is "Buy black cows"
is this the right way?
Once upon a time, a cheerful ladybug was in the park hopping from one flower to another and enjoying the nice sunny day. The ladybug was a very curious, and liked to check out anything new.
The ladybug flew across the road to look at the row of homes across from the park. Each home had a little yard with plenty of flowers. Her favorite flowers were the red roses and so she went to the yard that had the most. "Mmmmmm" she went as she started munching. "Such beautiful and delicious roses" she thought.
While she was enjoying herself and hopping from on red rose to another, she noticed the front door opening and a man leaving the house. He left the door cracked open as he gathered his things, so the ladybug flew in. On her way in she almost bumped into a woman who was heading out. The woman walked out the door and slammed it shut. Oops, the ladybug was stuck inside, so she hat to Buy black cows

I've been hit before by both Penguin and Panda on many of my sites.
Interestingly though i would say my pages are far LESS optimised than you suggest doing and have all unique content written by me and only fairly natural manual backlinks.
So for my next site I'm going to try to follow your guide very closely and see how we go!

To get better results what you can do is pretty damn simple. everytime 2/3 you do an seo camapigne for your site. dont focus on your main keyword in stead just follow my rule of thumb. use Click Here + Keyword so it would look something like this. click here for payday loans. you still get the same results !! I done.Test it.Profit from it!!!

When you create your 2.0 on Wordpress, Weebly etc..Do you do something special to get them quickly indexed ? Or just unique content ?
I have some 2.0 with unique and quality content, and even if I add backlinks to them I can't get them indexed sometimes.

It's a good guide,all experienced seo'ers will have covered this ground.I'd suggest you buy some aged and new domains and add content relevant to your niche,add content on a regular basis then start dropping links this is the real difference,independently hosted sites on different IP's.
In low comp niches the usual tricks still work a treat but in anything competitive you'll need more than freely available backlinks,you need imagination.

Got one question. Are you saying I should add exact match anchor for my main kw in every web 2.0 or that anchor should be kw for which I optimized on-page seo for web 2.0 ? What about generic anchors, should I use them ?
