I an getting very irratated. I have asked for refind nicely. I skyped Joker, emailed him twice and I have gotten no reply and no money sent to my PayPal. I specifically stated what my PayPal was and I am sure he has read my messages. I don't want to have to take this to the next level.

Honestly would make more sense and make you look more serius if you give priority to fix your existing panel, instead to propose to who paid 50$ already for something wich is not working, to buy another panel. How cna we trust this, if we alread ypaid for the first panel and is not working ? Are we going to pay again for a panel wich will not work in 2 days ?

This is very misleading. Kappoli clearly states in his post that refunds will be entertained if the panel has not been used.

I sent him a PM yesterday and he refuses to refund my payment claiming that I already used the panel, despite the fact I have not used the panel AT ALL as it has been unfunctions ever since my purchase. It's still not working. They've been screwing everyone around for weeks promising this and that but they're yet to come through.
The only reply I've gotten is about the pricing for the unlimited panel. (Funny that, huh?)
We were promised likes long ago, still don't have them. The entire panel is down, and they're working on some other panel instead. They have a lot of angry customers and they seem to think that by not dealing with them, the problem will go away.
Personally, I wouldn't bother. This has been a huge let down. I've been waiting this out for weeks now. There's no access and judging by all of the people in this thread claiming that you can't get a refund, I'd go ahead and request it directly from PayPal on your own terms.
