To be honest the best thing about captcha sniper x4 is that it is way faster - buy why the accuracy went down so dramatically? Are you planning to tune it up in the nearest days? I compared it with x3 for type buddypress and there are so many wrong solved captchas. Do we have to tune it by ourselves in cdk? Do you have a tutorial for it?

Actually, its WAY more accurate, even on Buddypress. The buddypress captcha you mention is being updated in the next update. The issue with it was when its ebing sent by scrapebox, sb degrades the images to jpeg which renders the algo uselsess. Ive updated the algo and its now up from 72% to 75% solving the clean or dirty images. In addition, there is a new more rare buddypress which has the same dimensions as the common one. CS might be using the algo for the rare one in some cases.

hey.. i have some problem with CS. when i open, it closes automatically..
 
Any anticipated date of next release? Hoping to see Settings (Try to solve unknown captchas) working.
 
Yes I am also interested - with it be automatically checked? - when I click in the x4 menu check for updates I get a message:

unable to reach server to check for updates

Search for and delete all instances of activelock3.6.dll and then reinstall CS.

fixed in the next version :)
 
How do I know what version I'm running? There out to be an About screen in the Help that tells me this.
 
Hey! I bought Captcha Sniper. I use it with GSA and I see that a lot of captcha are not well optimized as it doesn't read a lot of them at all or wrong. Does a founder or anyone else have a package of well optimized captchas made in Captcha Destrucion Kit?

CS now detects and tries pretty much EVERY captcha it comes across. When it sees one that is not defined it tries to find an algorithm to use, and will also list THAT guessed algos solve rate, which in some cases might be 100% but give no answer, since its just a guess of CS trying to find an algo to use.

I am the founder and what you get with the latest version is a package of very well optimized captchas.

All of my heavyweight GSA users are reporting LPM increases anywhere from 50-1000%. I'm not sure why this would be different for you than all of the real data which we look at.

If you can send some screenshots to support - [email protected] - of what you're seeing, I can review them for you and let you know what I find.

Same problem here, many "Non Answered" captchas and most of the captchas are wrong. Weird, I had better results with cs3.. Will try to contact customer support today.
 
LEt me answer that - I did not find anywhere in spyglass to emulate decaptcher. And as far as I know - you can only use their own captcha solving method.
 
Just installed I get "Another server is already listening on this port" error.
Any ideas?
 
Checked the netstat and it's NT Kernal&System running on PID 4. You can't turn that process off.
(just more info)

Check Skype settings, that's what was interfering for me. You can untick a box in skype settings involving port 80 and after that its all good.
