sounds like a throttling issue 900mb/hour should be like 1-2 mb/s the fastest you could go I guess
try a VPN a see if this solves your problem - it will encrypt your traffic so your ISP doesn't know what websites you're visiting
HideMyAss can be a starting point but you should dig a bit deeper -- you may find some free alternatives for testing

but it is not global speed .if i download whole day i download 1gb from global speed
there one tariff on my IPS but it costs 1000$/month it is too too high

I dont have any problems with 25kb/s speed. The movie is downloading in two days if I leave PC on 24/7. But it's ok for surfing etc..

How large is the file though? lol

I had experienced it.......Use VPN or proxies certainly solve your problem. You can try some free proxies to surf first to see if there's an increase in your internet speed. Uzbekistan has tough internet censorship, same as China. I was in China and they even ban most of the proxies and VPN, so keep in mind that not all vpn or proxies working in your country you have to try one by one and test their speed. Its better not to sign up long term contract with VPN or Proxies as you have no ideas when the provider will be banned. Good luck

There's no way your speed is 15 kbps, even dial-up is faster that that, something doesn't sound right.

Anyway, you might want to try a different router/gateway, sometimes that helps. Also are using a wireless or direct connection? if you connect directly, usually that gets you better speeds.

Also there's a trick in which you use two wireless adapters at the same time using a program, that way you get better connection and better speeds than using just one.

I upgraded mine since last year. Now I get 15mb for $45. Nothing else in my area but the speed is OK I guess. I would go crazy if my internet speed was that slow.

and i am paying around 70$ for 1 mbps

there are two wireless internet provider but it is too expensive . 1mb costs 8 cent calculate this
