Help about increase internet speed

Hello friends i need help about my internet speed. My global internet speed is too slow 15kps. But my local providers free websites speed is 512kps. How can i increase my global internet speed? If someone know this please add your comment. i hope best answers. thanks, thanks.

you can't increase it as thats what your ISP gives you.

Find a better ISP and you will have greater speed
 
Is your internet speed really that slow? It must be a pain to use!
Anyway, as Innozemec said, you can not boost your internet speed like that. I know it is possible to make it more stable but still, it won't be any faster.

my internet speed is around 512kbps and it still make me feel **** ..

the better solution is upgrading your internet package :D
 
What kind of ISP is that? And why is it that slow are you using some kind of phone internet stick or how come?
 
either change your plan or get a new connection for diff ISP,whatever your ISP claim for example : 512kbps divide that with 8 -> 512/8= 64KBps .. thats the speed you should get ...

seriously ... dude 15kbps? i am paying like $15 for 4 mbps till 20gb and thereafter 512kbps unlimited plan (i download around 70 gb in one month)... planing to change that with 4mbps unlimited plan ... soon ...
 
I dont have any problems with 25kb/s speed. The movie is downloading in two days if I leave PC on 24/7. But it's ok for surfing etc..
 
15kbps.. that horible for me. with that speed it need 1 minute to open 1 bhw thread.ouch!

Call your ISP an tell them that you need to upgrade to a faster package.
 
I upgraded mine since last year. Now I get 15mb for $45. Nothing else in my area but the speed is OK I guess. I would go crazy if my internet speed was that slow.
 
If your tech savy invest in a pack injecting long range wireless card ( $20 ) on dx.com Get backtrack distro get into some AP's, and you can run connectify.me to put them all together to increase your overall speed.

You must be. I rage when i have to use internet slower than 10mbps.
 
i am from Uzbekistan . and i have called my ISP but they didnt solve my probleb.... i cant choose another ISP becouse there arent another ISP. i pay 17$ for this internet. i can download movies, programs musics and others with high local speed and local websites. my internet downloads 900mb in hour from local free websites. but i need global higher speed. i cant open fb twitter and other big sites quickly
 
Hi OP, 1997 called, it wants its internet back
 
just upgrade to a better package 15 is too low. I am using 2mps and still not good enough
