The keyword scraper is bogging down after about 100k results. Progress after that is very slow. I have all the sources checked, harvester threads all set to 1, and 4 good quality shared proxies.
If I abort after bogging down, the abort either takes a long time or never finishes at all. If it does finish I click "send to scrapebox" and *that* operation takes a long time.
Also, it would be nice if "levels" is set to greater then 1 to have a progress indicator that told us what level the scrape is currently on.

BUG found in scrapebox.
keyword scraper -> i enter word like "advokat" (advocate in slovak language) , append a-z (or not) and try to scrape it, it does not return slovak results from google suggestion box.
It returns serbian resuls. I added google.sk engine to engines, but it's in all possible languages (possibly german and serbian) but only first is in slovak (advokatska komora). What am i doing wrong???

Firstly make sure that in the keyword scraper that you have google.sk selected and not google.com Further you could try limiting it to only slovak results by adding
google.sk+sk
as a custom google and select that in the keyword scraper. The extra sk on there tells it to return results only in slovak. But scrapebox is only returning the results google gives it, thats assuming your only using google suggest as a source and not something else.
It is processing all that in memory, so depending on your pc resources that may take a while. Especially if you are using a slower pc. Does it bog down on smaller runs? If its only on larger runs then its just the nature of things as your processor has to keep working thru and working with that larger list. So the larger the list grows, its like a snow ball, the more your processor has to deal with.
So if your pc can't handle it then I would try smaller runs. Also if you have the automator you could let it do smaller runs in succession for you and just come back to the finished result.

Its a reasonably fast pc - quad core i7. It does not bog down at all on smaller runs. The CPU load looks quite reasonable. I don't know why the 100kth term takes so much longer then the 50kth term. The former is at least an order of magnitude faster then the latter. Seems to me they should be fairly similar. And the "send to scrapebox" is a pretty simple operation. I can open up a huge file in my text editor and copy 100k lines to it a heckuva lot faster.

Its for if you use your own site as a proxy judge. Follow relocation means that if you put in a site that is 301 or 302 etc... then it will follow that redirect and then check against the end resolved url. Else it will just say the page is 301 and fail etc...
Here is an email, just copy and pasting from scrapebox support.
To transfer to another PC or update your license after a re-install, you just need to download ScrapeBox to the PC you wish to activate it on, run it and enter your original purchase details and submit them. I'll deactivate your old details, and update your license with the new info.

I purchased Scrapebox in 2009 from this thread. I tried to reopen the product after not using it since then, but it said my license was not valid.
I updated it so see if that would work, but it still says "No Valid Licenses Found."
Since I purchased Scrapebox, I have deleted the Paypal Account that I used to purchase the software. I'm not even sure which email I used with that Paypal account.
Is it possible to look in the files and find the transaction ID? Or do I have to buy a second Scrapebox?

It depends on how many proxies you have, I have a video on it here:
Mostly thats similar if you have private proxies or public proxies.
As proxygo says, your going to have to email support about it. They can look it up and then they will email your transaction ID to the email address that was used for the license.
So you would need to know the email address, but you can give them what you think it is and they will be able to tell you if thats it or not.
Then once you have the data, I would make sure you save it.
ITs the number of urls that were blacklisted. Nothing to do with proxies.

So been using SB since last year and I love it! One of the addons the backlink checker is working and it will display a url has X backlinks. The problem is when I hit the download links button all I get is a blank txt file. I am using shared proxies on my VPS
Just hit download when you first load your list, instead of using the start button first.
So load URLs, hit download and choose the destination.
