I was given a review copy of this service by the OP - and it was strange because even though there were two FREE review copies on offer, no one had picked them up!
Anyway, I think this service is actually a goldmine that no one has noticed, op was a serious professional throughout the delivery of my order - he kept in contact at every stage, and when I asked for some custom adjustments to the order, he was happy to go along with it.
In fact, without doubt it was the quickest MNS delivery I have had from BHW.
On to quality: Its simple, quality is OUTSTANDING: the site is not just simply a micro niche site (in fact, I requested that I don't get a MNS domain anyway), it looks like an authority site, and its EXPANDABLE - so I have plenty of room to add new content, and in fact add new sub-niches.
The site is actually exactly what I happened to be thinking about building myself, so it was great to come across the review, and the quality is seriously excellent - I actually said to OP, I cant understand why he hasn't had much more take up on this service.
In Summary: I would 100% recommend this service, and definitely I would say take it up while no one has noticed the quality and SPEED of this service.

Wow, just logged in to the backend of the site that mamboo created for me. Loads of plugins installed, statcounter was even installed ready for me to configure.
Definitely recommend this service massively, and I will also definitely return as a paying customer, because the quality is excellent.

Speed: 10/10. Insanely fast!! He mentioned 15 days of TAT for this pack and I got it within 6 days. Content was slapped on the site just under 2 days.
Communication: 10/10. Ram is very responsive and helpful. Available through various handles.
Price: 10/10. The price is appropriate considering the quality.
Quality: 10/10. Ram did some keyword research and found out some awesome keywords for me. But I had a different plan. I was thinking to get into a niche but couldn't manage time for it. I took the opportunity and sent my preferred keywords to Ram.
And what I got? A site which looks like it can easily beat up those WebMD typos that come in my way in almost every single health niches I target. The site has 8000 words of high quality, deeply researched content with appropriate images. The images are watermarked with site's name. The on-page SEO is cleverly done. Site has various pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Trademarks etc) which look very much legit. He also put good work on creating the Sitemap page. The Robots.txt file has the same template I use on all my sites. No doubt, Ram clearly has very good SEO knowledge.
The site looks soooo good that I actually had to browse around. Definitely it will have great impact on a visitor's mind and will force him/her to browse around the site. The site is built with a custom theme and a great looking header.
Now, on to the social media. I got a Facebook page and a Twitter account. Both are very legit looking and has natural likes and followers.
The site already entered top 100. Note that it's a tough niche.

There are a lot of factors that determines the earning of a site, and it's hard to predict without knowing niche, keywords etc
We are making anywhere from few hundred to five thousand dollars per months from these types of site. It takes some effort to get that level and sustain it long term.

It depends upon the keyword and niche. We use mix of low competition and medium competition keywords. Low competition keywords will rank faster and medium competition keywords are for long term, We do complete on-site SEO but Off- site SEO is also required somehow to get the ranking. Few high quality links here and there will be sufficient. Please don't spam it with low quality spamy links, try to establish it as a brand name, make some guest posting, web2.0 profiles, some high quality social bookmarking and blog commenting, post fresh unique articles at least twice a month. And you are set to rock your website on fire.
