Sorry to hear that you are not pleased. As mentioned, since they are real people its hard to guarantee whether they will continue to like the content.

With that being said, I noticed that your page started with 40,831 fans and is currently on 61,275 fans. Now, we cannot be held liable for any other campaigns that you may run or buy from other suppliers as it would not be fair on us regarding fans dropping off.

Furthermore, your order was placed on the 7th of March and almost 30 days later you claim a full refund and post on my thread without contacting me first to see if I can assist. I am always willing to help my clients mate, but cannot do anything if the client does not communicate with me.

This makes things a hell of a lot more difficult in troubleshooting the problem or delivering a good service.

I have gone ahead and offered you a 50% refund on your order as I do not feel it is fair wanting the full refund after this.
