All campaigns can be made GEO targeted, making a campaign GEO targeted will double the cost.
We are not recommending CPA campaigns for Visitor Action visitors at the moment due to mixed performance reports.
They start at $0.002 per visitor for High Tier ($0.0002 for Bulk Lower Tier).
Each campaign costs a different amount, you can make as many test campaigns as you need (it's free) to see how much it'll cost you total.

Will any of these visitors show up under Google analytics? Also I am confused by the credit system, because under your website one credit costs $0.01 but visitors cost $0.0002. How much is 5,000 targeted visitors?
