Google Update Targeting SAPE links?

I didn't notice any drop. However I use more other 3 sites (not Sape but similar to it) But still the clients for whom I bought Sape links ask for more.
Another optimistic example - I'm using Sape also as webmaster (selling links from my sites) and the amount of links bought from my sites increase as well as my earnings.

Google could downsize its entire web spam team to a single person that every now and then presses a button which shuffles the SERPs, accompanied by an intentionally vague tweet/blog post, and people will run around yelling SEO is dead. Oh wait...

I also have seen some Drop where I use This Networks and also saw Huge UP.. But Drop was also Happened where I didn't use this Network Links.. So I think this is just a Natural Google Update or Google Dance..

And, Google will band the Whole Sape Network or the Sites in that Network..?? and what happen when there will be a New Network Like Sape.. Already there is Lot's..

From technical point of view it seems it's very easy for Google to attack Sape. But why didn't they do it before? Sape has even wikipedia page. Do you believe that Matt Cutts didn't know about it before?
Attack on Sape will hurt Google's reputation because thousands and thousands of people buy and sell links on Sape.

From my personal experience, Google know about a lot of things, the thing is, they will not act on it until it become a noticeable problem. Why?

There biggest enemy (in my opinion) is CPU. There is not a CPU (or Clusters of CPU's) on the market that would be able to accommodate the massive addition they would need to make to combat half of the problem's with their current algorithm.

Second thing, if a five year old could create a sape account, rank for powerful keywords and yet spent only 5 minutes creating his site...(just look at the auto insurance niche for example) people are going to be pissed (the every day users) once trashy pages start to dominate the search engines.

Google know's about spun content, bad grammer, etc.. Yet, I can still rank a site with gibberish content (as far as backlinks goes). At this point in time, I think google seems to only be worried about damage control more than anything. At least until technology advances, so its more or less a matter of time.

Because people give too much credit to Google's web spam team and Matt Cutts in particular. Case in point - Matt Cutts has been saying for years that paid links will get your site into trouble, yet SAPE has remained effective all these years.

That's the reason similar to Television, why so many people watch different shows? Matt Cutts is some kind of showman or a clown, and I don't care much what he says on his twitter

It is like if some one used only SAPE links they must have chance. If people use it along with other platform it would not affect in anyways. I have used like about 10% SAPE links my client is still safe.

I've spent the majority of the day looking over hundreds of our client campaigns and nearly all of them are still going strong. Yandex has been targeting Sape links for years with little success. I really doubt Big G is going to slay this beast in just a few weeks.

one of my blogger blog came out of penalty and started getting traffic again today.. may be there is an update for all the platforms..
My other wordpress blogs are still not showing any improvement nor any negative effect. waiting...

Of course Google will know about all the Black Hat methods, they probably monitor BHW and read these very posts. I've asked a lot of MD's of big companies and they all know about BHW and their techniques...so why wouldn't Matt & Google look at these websites to see how it could "potentially harm Google's user experience".

At the end of the day, that's what they are worried about - it's all about the user experience. So as soon as a BH method e.g. SAPES, starts to harm that experience...then Google will take action. Otherwise they wont waste resources on it, they will just learn from it and see the holes in their own algorithm.

I was also hit by this update, but I really hope that my website is just "dancing" because it is new and still indexed.

Where is this large majority you speak of? I see a significant number of people in here saying their sites are just fine. I also have the proof on the backend to backup my statement. When and IF Google does attack Sape, I'd be one of the first to make it known.

But are you not with Tommy as a provider of Sape Links? Surely you will always say Sape is going strong to get more business?
