Anytime you have a problem, just send an email or skype. No reason to wait 2 days for support
Try copying the two files from the CS\backup folder to the CS folder (as mentioned above). If that doesnt help, just contact me.

I had this problem. My VPS company went down and then came back up. What you need to do is go to your backup folder in the CS directory and copy the files into the maind irectory. The downside of this is that you have to select your captchas again.

Quick review of CS3.1 with a few SER findings on the way:
Ive had this for the last 36 hours and been running it non stop since.
Ive NOT had to stop/re-start SER/CS due to captchas not getting recognised / sent back - Not sure if this was a SER Update or CS - but im happy
It plugged straight in - no messing with settings - just selected all captcha types and hit "go"
Im running:
berman hosting 2 Gig RAM package (1gig line - ill probably kill this as its not needed)
had it since christmas (see bit meter2 stats)
SER Setup / settings
50 Niche (see pic at end for submitted/verified link numbers) projects with 3 tiers = 150 running projects
T1 is PR2+ - solve "all captchas"
T2 + T3 - Any PR - dont solve "hard captchas"
Running: Articles, Social Bookmark, Social Network (looking forward to the SEREngine guys release)
Note to SELF: In CS3.1 - just select the above submission types - this should cut down CS type recognition = faster solving times (good thing i wrote this, otherwise i wouldnt have noticed it)
Personal SER Tips:
I kept on getting my proxies google banned for PR checking + captcha calls
Solution: I now use 4 MSN search engines for scraping - my thinking that if MSN has it indexed, theres a damn good chance google has it indexed
A recent SER update also brought out "solve hard captchas" which is an amazing feature for T1 (and saving proxie bans)
I cant do a true comparison of CS3 to CS3.1 as ive have changed a few more settings in SER like verify after 1 day.
However, you can see that since ive had it:
CS Attempted = 22317 out of 23565 (95%)
Captchas logged on SER = 22305 (pretty damn accurate)
AVG CS3.1 solve time = 0.427s
SER with CS3.0
Solve time used to be 0.732s with CS3.0, so thats quite a difference + the solving rate is way more accurate.
Something to play with in SER:
I used to think that more threads = more submissions
but more threads = more CPU = laggy CS
cut your threads down and notice your CS solving time go up = faster submissions = more submissions
Overall VERY happy with the new Captcha Sniper 3.1
Hopes for the future:
Improvement of SocialEngine captcha types (i keep on seeing them and the answers arent great)
Improvement of recaptcha - we can all dream cant we
Collaboration between ALL captcha solvers (not just automatic) to a cloud based system where correct answers are stored which you could then update from

Im sorry, neither of these captcha types are supported yet.
Glad its working well for you. Just a little bit more testing and I'll be ready for the full version release. Im in the same boat as far as posting pics on here ... its never worked very well for me either.
Apparently, you can set CS to try to solve unknown captchas and this might have some effect

Can it be used on 2 computers if it's not simultaneously? I mean do I have to transfer licenses every time?

The license is hardware locked, so its only 1 machine at a time. The good news its that additional licenses are super cheap at only $47/each.

How many samples did you test against and how did you measure this to arrive at 1%? or is this just a guestimate?

I would like to just say that i'm Shocked by the overall support system this software provides. I'm someone whos used blackhat software, for many years now. After Xrumer being my #1 software, I'll honestly admit that xrumer doesn't provide much support at all. Today, I expected the same Negligence from this software developer, as what I've seen from all other developers, in my past.
Boy was I wrong!!
He used a remote desktop connection similar to TeamViewer and he came onto my computer and FIXED everything and litterally got Captcha Sniper going for me I'm so pleased I made the decision to buy this...
If you're on the verge of buying this, but not sure where to put that money, I suggest you click on the buy now button, and start moving forward, instead of sitting still.
It's well worth the very small price, and if you're 3-4 dollars short, email him and see if he will accept what you have. That's what I did, and it worked!
