Hey guys,
Sorry for my delay in jumping in here. I've been moved from the customer support department so I don't typically get to BHW as often as I used to. @pompano and @abyssal_miss I do appreciate your kind words. I do my best to help in any way I possibly can, and I know that sometimes that isn't always enough. Thank you though for at least allowing our team to attempt to serve and meet your needs.
I would like to take an opportunity to at least reply to a few of the points you mentioned so that prospective customers can understand that there are many ways to use the system.

The articles they use are completely irrelevant and you can tell it is just half assed crap from very very cheap outsourced companies.
It sounds like you are using articles that are being auto-generated from the system. The way this works is that we pool the words on your keywords tab and search our PLR database for these words, spin the article and supply to the vendor. I admit, depending on the words included in your keywords, it can pull off-topic articles; however, the majority of the time I see on-topic articles.
When anyone asks me for my opinion on articles, I always recommend going with manually written articles that you upload in spintax. When you do this (and turn the auto-gen settings to off), the system will only use your content for your orders and you will get a better result all around. The trade-off here is time for quality. We also have a middle of the road option that allows you to generate articles (either from our PLR database or ArticleBuilder.net interface) and approve them into your campaign before used in an order. Again, if you do this option you will want to make sure your auto-gen setting is off.

Also note that this same article was used on 2 separate blog network orders claiming they are all different providers.
This is very possible and is not a function of the vendor but rather the system. Articles in Link Emperor live inside your campaign and thus will be used and rotated through for all orders (regardless of the vendor that it gets sent to). To limit this duplication, we have the auto-gen function (which has some limitations mentioned above) or you can upload numerous articles into the system in order to have a larger pool from which the system will order from. Finally, if you have an article that has been used "enough times" (relative to your own definition), then you can simply remove it from the campaign and it won't be used for any future orders.

Hopefully I can get a refund because I won't dare spend my credits on anything else. Both times I have tried your service I have had a horrible experience with the quality of the work.
Absolutely! I think this thread and other black hatters know us well enough that we always stand behind our 30-day money back guarantee. We want happy customers and when we can't hit the mark, we don't want you to have to pay for that. Just make sure you send in a support ticket to
[email protected] and one of the guys will make sure that happens as soon as they see the ticket. Additionally, you can always give us a call and we can process it over the phone for you.

I entered spintax for the title, and the titles were posted AS the {spintax|spam}... it was ridiculous. AND i specified do not use generated articles, and entered my own articles... What does it do? Posts a bunch of duplicate articles about poker when my niche is pharma.
Yep! I remember working with you on this issue. As we discovered and worked through, this was a couple of temporary bugs in both our system and one of the vendors. As soon as you notified me via Skype, I immediately contacted the vendor and they began isolating the problem and coding a solution. I can tell you that I haven't seen this problem since they were able to fix it, and the auto-generation settings were immediately updated to prevent the problem that you experienced. I definitely hate when these things happened and do what I can to handle them and get them resolved as soon as I find out about them.

The worst part is, when I told the owners about all the problems, they shurgged me off as if I had no idea how to do seo.
I don't really want to go here. You and I had a lot of long conversations on Skype (and continue to talk on it). I agree that after getting to know you, we totally misread your belief and experience from the way you had your account set up. You had a specific limited set up for testing, and we assumed it was your full plan. That being said, I think Kevin and Bobby both lead Link Emperor in a positive direction and have a platform that not only continues to work, but is a great automated solution. Especially when you follow the tiered link building and/or parasite strategies that they lay out in the various trainings and webinars. It is not the perfect solution for everyone. I wish it was, because I totally respect you and would love to be able to help you.

We'll probably see some fake account posts after this and they'll be highlighted and quoted. Last time I tried to bring a rational discussion to the table, they completely threw it back in my face because their ego's were hurt.
Not from me or anyone directed by us. I hope our conversations have given you enough faith in me to know that I have never and will never lie to you.
Ultimately, I can only do my best to assure you that we (the entire Link Emperor team) are doing our best to continue to improve the service and the services our vendors offer through our marketplace. I am always here to take feedback directly, resolve problems, and hopefully create a system to prevent them from happening in the future. Kevin and Bobby do an amazing job of continually adding new ideas for ways to expand and improve the system and continue to grow and we have an amazing team to carry out those plans.
I would absolutely be willing to meet with you guys (or anyone) personally via Skype or phone and see if there is anything that I can do within my scope and power to assist you guys and assist. I am sorry again that we couldn't meet your desires. I assure you that I take all of your comments seriously and will use them to fuel the growth of this company.
Yours in service,
Brett Phillips
