thanks for the quick reply.I have been doin some research on market samurai and have found a few keywords relation to the product for which i can rank. i find so many online stores and review sites which have these words in the domain so im wondering how does this workout for them

in short: Stay away from this idea!
Nonin did give you serious advice on this...it's a bad idea. If you want to try it, go ahead...but you'll most likely get a cease and desist if not other issues stemming from this. If you don't believe us, use the search function. There seems to be a person about once a week post a thread about the same issue.

This is a terrible idea. It's possible to get away with it for a time so long as you are flying under the radar, but this is CLEAR trademark infringement. You could be asked to give up the domain and hand over your earnings without be recouped your own expenses. Everyone is telling you this is a bad idea; trust them.

Most of those stores will be shut down sooner or later, I see google taking a lot of action towards sites like this and removing them from their listings, just good 'beats by dre' and you will see a dcma notice at the bottom of the page about sites removed.

Well this is a little bit bigger than Google actually... and has a ton of practical applications too. Amputees are already starting to use mind controlled robotic limbs. Quite incredible actually!

Why bother with something that could easily land you in shit when there are so many other methods.
What do you intend to do? Is it so necessary to have that keyword in the domain? Surely, you can do the same thing on any domain? Why not something like beatsbyvariousartist.com hiphopmania...blah blah..etc etc

Well my intention is to open a store selling beats headphones. i cannot use "beats" words since that is also a copyright but yes any other word which excludes this. the reason why i wanted to include was because of the keyword in domain. anyways i also see a lot of search results coming up which are like blogspot and webs domains with the keyword just like this one -beatsbycustom6(dot)blogspot but when this clicked on the google results page it redirects to another domain which is the actual store.
does anyone know how its done
