We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."

Some suggestions please?

Send them a ticket: http://www.scrapebox.com/contact-us

Why is it that in the error log files (trackbacks) so many URLs report error 403. I thought that my IP's were blocked by these sites however when posting to these URL's which previously reported error 403 the success vs failure ratio was 1:1 which is good for my list. So what is the true reason for error 403?

Taking the plunge and buying this. Hopefully this is worth the investment

You can send them money directly via your paypal account, just send the $57 to support [at} scrapebox.com, but paypal is the only actual way to pay. Sounds like your issue is with paypal, you can call them and ask them why they won't process your payment.

Thats going to be your proxies. If your proxy kicks back an error that says its not allowed prior to actually loading the site then thats all scrapebox will see. 403 is forbidden. A lot of proxy providers will kick back that error when your exceeding your max simultaneous connections. So if your connection limit is 100 and you have a total, across all sbox instances and any other program you are using your proxies in, of 130 simultaneous connections. Then for every 130 requests you send, 30 of them will kick back with 403 and 100 of them will go thru. (actually more will fail then that because the 403 will error out super fast and try new urls which will also error out and you might get 90-300 failed 403 in there in teh time the original 100 take to load and process, but its the concept I was after).

So ask your provider whats the limit and don't go over it. Also you can repost failed.

Also why error 500 happens? I'm noticing it alot lately.

500 is internal server error. That could be a proxy or the actual site. Try loading several of them and see if you get the same thing in a browser. If you do, then its the site, if you don't then it was probably the proxy. Of course some will have resolved themselves by the time you actually check, so you will have to get an average over a lot of them.

mat if you see this -- just saying thanks buddy --

I don't buy proxies. On one vps i don't use proxies. On the other vps i purchase additional IP's for my vps and use software called 'freeproxy' which makes the same vps into a proxy server so that i have 5 different IP's. I don't have any limitations for the connection count. The 403 error happens on both servers even when using 8 connections. It's just really weird because usually 403 error means that the server is blocking me however it doesn't explain why when reposting to the URL's which gave the 403 error i get decent success rate. When the list was completely new i didn't get so many such errors.

Yup seems that the problems are with sites.

By the way I really appreciate your effort for helping others. I always learn something you from you.

Cheers mate! Glad to do it. You will be in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow mate.

Glad to help and that you learn. :)

Well if your using your own servers for posting, then there is no need to even use proxies. I mean its not likely your ip will be banned, and there is no DNS gain like there is with proxies of a different server. So I would try some test posting with just turning proxies completely off. Shutdown your proxy program and see if you still get 403.

I mean its possible in theory that they have banned some of your ips and not others, which would explain why it fails and then works the 2nd time around, because it might be hitting it with a different ip.

If I were a betting man though, Id suspect the issue is with your proxy software. It may be all good, but there is certainly plenty of room for issues there.

Hi, i have problem with license transferring, i use a vps with preloaded tools before this but they doesnt have scrapebox, so i have transferring my license to the vps, but my license got deactivated after a day. I have sent mail to scrapebox support and they state i am not allowing to transfer my license to the vps for reason that the vps sharing sb license between multiple user before this( i dont know that!).

So now im gonna transferring my license to other vps, can i do that without paying the 10$ fee for transferring second time in a month? I have sent email regarding this to scrapebox support, but doesnt get any reply.

Sorry if I've missed this on a previous page, is there any information about the new keyword scraper anywhere

As i said i have 2 vps. On one i use this proxy server software however on other one i don't use proxies at all and I'm noticing the same 403 error a lot on both servers. Just wondering what could be the problem because it can't be that when posting for the first time my IP is blocked and the second time it submits the trackback successfully.

By the was what is the dns gain when using proxies from different server that you're talking about?

Hey Guys,

I got this tool with my first goal being to flesh out the comments on one my own site.

Does anyone have any starter Names.txt, Emails, txt, and Comments.txt files they can share? I don't need anything to special.

Thanks in advance.

Point-to-Note

There is a built in name generator and email generator in the program.

Now I feel like a boob. Already liking Scrapebox though.

Make sure you give them at least 24 hours to reply, they are pretty busy. support [at} scrapebox.com

but they are the only ones that can answer this question for you.

What info are you looking for? The only recent change in the keyword scraper is that there are levels now. So you can say set level 2 and then it will scrape the first round of keywords from your keywords. Then it will turn around and shove those new keywords back into the keyword scraper and scrape from them. You can go up to 4 levels deep doing this.

As i said i have 2 vps. On one i use this proxy server software however on other one i don't use proxies at all and I'm noticing the same 403 error a lot on both servers. Have you tried kicking your VPS? Maybe send a power surge over the line and show it whos boss? :D JK

All things being "equal" it doesn't make sense. So there is something in the way between scrapebox and the end website thats causing the issue. Meaning scrapebox hands the request to load the page to send your link- scrapebox hands this to windows, who hands it to tcp who then negotiates the transfer (more or less). Any anti virus/firewall security program like sandboxie etc.. could hook the scrapebox process and interfere causing the 403.

It could be hardware on your vps providers network etc... Its hard to say exactly, but I would say to start with any security related programs on your pc and add allow rules in them. Its not "likely" that its in your providers network, but I noted multiple people experienced issues with one particular provider that used to be popular for scrapebox, before they up and pulled the plug. The provider was really quite a horrible provider anyway, horrible support, slower then a turtle etc... Anyway, they were popular though back a year ago and their network would randomly just block access to the scrapebox auth servers for days at a time for random people and block various things for no good reason. Anyway, its not "likley" but its possible.

As for DNS gain, thats a lengthy discussion. The short and summarized answer is that when you load a domain.com it hits a DNS server who translates that to an IP address, then it kicks the IP back to you and the pc/server uses that IP to resolve or load the end page.

You don't usually notice DNS on your pc when browsing, but speed of DNS servers can vary greatly. The physical distance to a DNS server also plays a role in how long it takes. When you take small slow downs from a DNS server and multiple that times hundreds of thousands of connections over a couple days that scrapebox might do - it can add up to a LOT of time.

Meaning if you add 1 second resolve time to each request, thats an extra total minute to process a request for every 60 connections. For every 3600 connections its an extra hour to get the job done. Load in a 500K list to post to and that can rack up some serious extra time just from slow DNS.

When you use your providers DNS, it can only go so fast, and/or is throttled for you. When you use proxies from various providers/servers your request is handed to that proxy and you already have the proxies IP address. So you can actually get 300 simultaneous connections resolved faster by spreading your requests over your proxy providers DNS. So even if you only increase load time by 1/4th of a second then you could still save 15 minutes of actual processing time for every 3600 connections you do. (more or less).

Thats the theory, its hard to really nail it down, technically, but at the end of the day I can tell you I can power thru more connections faster by using proxies then by not. -assuming Im using solid, fast private proxies-

We all do stuff like this mate, its just part of learning. Keep with it and you can win. :)

@loopline
Well the thing is that my only security is firewall and there the scrapebox is allowed (that's on both vps). And the VPS are from different providers. Well i guess this will remain an unsolved just like this http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/489239-scrapebox-cpu-usage-increasing-linearly-when-posting.html . You know at times like this i wish i could be on the scrapebox programmers team :D . I guess it is time for me to stop looking at error codes and harvest some links lol.

My vps providers are bulletproof however i decided to use the proxies to get higher success rates. However then i found out how slow the proxies were - 240kb/s. However now when I bought the extra IP's and started using proxy server software the proxy speed is 20MB/s .
