Hello dennisyu,
first of all thanks for the info, but, it seems that the one that recommends profi is really good, it is in over 90 something countries and specially all the countries I was looking for seems to be really easy to install.
The only thing I don't know is how they work, for what I been reading they work by comission for every smspayment they get 60% of the value and I get 40% depending the country, can you please confirm if that is how they work?
Cheers and thanks a lot 2 both very awesome info!
As this thread is getting more and more interesting for a number of people, I will gladly share some of my knowledge on this topic.
First of all, let's concern revenue shares: mobile operators usually take 40-70% of price paid by customer, mobile billing takes 2-10%, depending on your traffic (more traffic, less fees) and at the end you usually receive 40-60% of the amount paid, depending on country.
Does it worth it at all? Definitely, in most countries it's the only way to charge customer and customer base is bigger than any other payment option. Actually, it's everybody who has mobile phone. As I know, except such markets like the USA one, SMS payments are 50-80% of all payments received in most online gaming or social websites. Of course, with such commission, it is better to sell something virtual, like game currency and so on. So, you really don't care about how much you loose, you care how much you receive because there is no other option, as I wrote before.
And now, short comparison of all companies listed before.
