You can limit the amount of visitors sent per hour or you can setup View and/or Static campaigns help keep your CTR low.
Our service should work with any banner/image/text publisher service, it's not limited to one publisher network.

I've been trying to get one of your geo guaranteed visitor action campaigns going, but with no luck. I fill out all of the particulars, and when I finally choose the country, the 'submit site' button disappears. I am finding this quite frustrating. And please do not tell me to contact your support, I have left two tickets in the past few days and they have not replied to me at all. I like the quality of your traffic and I plan on spending more money with you guys, but so far your customer service has been terrible. Please tell me why I am not able to submit the site???? There might be some browser compatibility issues, we'll definitely get this checked out for you (seems like your recent ticket already has our staff helping you out.)

It is very odd that this is happening, we're using Firefox as well without any issues.
If you could open a ticket with the Firefox version you're using, our developers will try to replicate the problem.
We do want to make sure this gets resolved for you.
